What you submit
Identity proof, business registration or licence where the category requires it, GST details where applicable, bank details for settlement, your service catalogue, and photographs of the premises captured on the device.
Who checks it
An administrator verifies the documents before the listing goes live. Unverified profiles are not published in the catalogue.
Category requirements
Some categories carry statutory licensing and qualification requirements. Where a licence is required and not held, the listing is not published.
Ongoing obligation
Your information must stay true and current, and every licence, permit, qualification and insurance must remain in force.
Outcomes
We may accept, decline, suspend or remove a listing where verification cannot be completed or maintained.
